What is Digshop.com’s shipping policy?
Digshop.com offers 1 day (next day) to 3 business days shipping on all orders. And with orders over AED 180, we offer free shipping on the same delivery schedule.
To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total after savings needs to be at least AED 180. (You can’t combine multiple orders to reach that number.) Small orders are more expensive to fulfill, so you’ll have to pay a AED 10 shipping charge on orders under AED 180. So ordering more at once will definitely get you better value.
Keep in mind that estimated shipping days means business days — we let the Digshop.com Heads take a break every now and then, so orders placed on Friday, Saturday or over major holidays may take a little bit longer than estimated shipping days. There’s no delivery on Friday, Saturday or major holidays.
We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. (Although we’re working on the weather thing.) But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy.
If I want to get the order faster, do you offer expedited shipping method?
No. Currently we are only offering only one shipping option. Normally it just takes 1 day (next day) to 3 business days to ship to any address in UAE. We believe that it’s fast enough for most people.
Where does Digshop.com ship?
Currently we only ship orders to the UAE.
How can I track the order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Currently we haven’t integrated the shipping tracking information to our site, but we will finish it later.
How to change shipping information?
You can sign in to your account and go to the addresses book to change your shipping information.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for a change before your order has been shipped. We will try our best to satisfy your demand.
Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?
Sorry, you can’t. If you want items to ship to different addresses, you need to place the orders separately.
Why does my order return back to you by the courier company?
If the courier cannot reach you and deliver the package successfully for more than 10 days from shipping, the package will be sent back to us.
